At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have a pleasurable dining experience.

Hospitality

As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, and your role will be to ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
  • Practicing positive public relations through ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Aware of the guests' needs and works to make the guests' experience pleasurable.
  • Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.
Operational Excellence

As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly understanding product specifications and ensures guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.
Cleanliness

As a Server, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follows local health department laws.
