Lead Our Business Growth

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent client service and sales performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sales and business growth

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
