We are seeking skilled Automotive Lube Specialists to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of our fleet. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.
Position Overview:
Key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following tasks: draining engine oil, replacing oil filters, greasing chassis fittings, inspecting and replenishing fluids, performing flushes, adjusting tire pressure, rotating tires, and cleaning windshields. The role involves a variety of manual tasks, typically conducted in our workshop, requiring the ability to transition between different locations and tasks, often working independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Comprehend and execute both verbal and written directives.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely.
- Report to and support the immediate supervisor.
- Deliver quality workmanship in accordance with project specifications.
- Be accountable for all tools and materials at the conclusion of your shift.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Perform oil changes on vehicles.
- Assess transmission fluid levels.
- Examine various belts and filters.
- Inspect engines for potential leaks.
- Verify air levels and gauge readings.
- Install new batteries, wiper blades, and air filters.
- Transport and handle various tools and materials as required.
- Execute other related tasks as necessary.
- One (1) to four (4) years of relevant experience in the automotive field (dependent on skill level).
