ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Equestrian Venue Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the LA Area Equestrian Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our 75-acre equestrian venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the barns, including stalls, pens, and arenas, as well as general barn areas.
  • Deliver supplies as directed, including shavings, hay, and feed.
  • Collaborate with the barn manager to ensure the safety of all animals on site.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with others.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.
  • Qualifications would include experience in construction, maintenance, and/or repair of agricultural properties and related facilities, as well as caring for horses.
  • Ability to use English effectively to communicate in person, over the radio, or telephone.
  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation.
  • Physical demands include the ability to work in all weather conditions, strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as equine studies, agriculture, or a similar discipline.
  • Valid driver's license, CDL preferred.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.
