This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

**Responsibilities:**

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail and service sales goals, guest loyalty, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions about products and services, and recommending complementary products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.

The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 per hour.
