Job Responsibilities

  • The Senior Radiology Technologist is responsible for the effective operation of radiographic and CT imaging equipment to produce clinically relevant images as requested by medical professionals.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a JRCERT accredited program is required.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in the role of a radiology technologist.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

  • Upon hire, advanced modality certification in two of the following areas is required:
    • DXA
    • CT
    • MRI
    • Mammography
  • CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire (and maintained thereafter).
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification is required within 6 months of hire.
    • Independent work is not permitted until ARRT registration is active.

Work Schedule

  • Day/evening shifts: 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts; 48 hours biweekly
    • May include occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call duties

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is outlined below. Actual pay rate will be determined based on experience.

  • $45.75 per hour
