Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, anticipating their needs.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee offerings and effectively communicate product information to customers. Address inquiries, orders, and concerns while educating customers about coffee products.
  • Prepare and serve food items in accordance with location standards.
  • Set up and dismantle coffee bar stations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Keep the work area clean and sanitary.
  • Restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all Bistro equipment and assist with troubleshooting in case of equipment issues.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in all procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Follow payment policies and manage register operations responsibly.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of experience in the food service industry or a related field.
  • Strong numerical skills with a proven track record in cash handling accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience as a Barista or similar role.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Valid driver's license for work-related driving.
