Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Engage customers in conversations about our products and services, promoting our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery efforts to maintain a well-organized and attractive store environment.
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and moving throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching required.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
