About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Parkview, a beautiful affordable apartment community in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect the property and common areas daily to detect maintenance issues
  • Perform janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning toilets, and taking out the trash
  • Disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office
  • Patrol the grounds daily to remove litter and clean entryways, stairwells, pool areas, and mail areas
Requirements
  • Knowledge of proper use of janitorial tools and equipment
  • Reliability and a "can-do" attitude
  • Knowledge of safe and effective use of chemicals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
