Job Title: Area Supervisor

Join Ross Dress for Less as an Area Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of the Store Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific area of the store and ensuring the smooth operation of the store when functioning as the Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Area Supervision: Supervise a team of Retail Associates and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive and friendly experience.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and maintained, and that the store is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent loss through effective inventory management, accurate pricing, and secure storage of merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent results.
