Position Overview:
Grand View Hospital is seeking a motivated and personable Reception Specialist to support our Radiology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
The Reception Specialist will perform a variety of essential tasks, including managing patient arrivals and departures, addressing patient inquiries via phone, coordinating appointment schedules, updating patient insurance and billing details, and executing point-of-service activities to ensure optimal care for patients across all age groups.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to positively impacting patient experiences. The ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and fulfill responsibilities in a timely manner is essential.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work during daytime or evening hours as required by departmental needs.
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a medical office setting.
