Job Title: Electromechanical Automated Design Engineering

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Automated Design Engineering professional to join our team at United Software Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automated systems and equipment, utilizing their expertise in electromechanical engineering and design automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated systems and equipment, utilizing SolidWorks and ECAD software.
  • Develop and implement principles of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y.
  • Collaborate with project lead and project engineers to revise and/or create new designs.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of various mechanisms, drafting practices, and mathematics to complete drawings.
  • Implement and maintain clean and orderly work area.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in design automation and electromechanical engineering.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and ECAD software.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y.
  • Ability to comprehend and create drawings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical Device / automotive experience.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical circuits, programming, and integration.
