US Tech Force is seeking a proficient CNC Machining Specialist for our specialized manufacturing facility. This position requires creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to personal and professional growth within a vibrant organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operate, and oversee CNC lathes and milling machines
  • Adjust programs as necessary to ensure precision
  • Prepare and load machine components
  • Change tooling on CNC machines when required
  • Interpret and analyze technical schematics
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to guarantee peak performance
  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout production processes

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with CNC machinery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical skills and solid mathematical knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs.

Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts

Salary Range: $18-$35 per hour, depending on experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Controlled climate
