Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a great experience
• Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, providing in-depth information to customers and team members
• Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, and special orders
• Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events
• Contribute to maintaining store aesthetics, including cleaning, stocking, and merchandising

• An hourly base rate, plus commission on a tiered system based on meeting sales goals
• Additional incentives, such as SPIFFS, and generous employee discounts on all products

• 1+ year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• A self-starter mentality, with a consistent track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not required)
