- Assist customers both in-store and via phone inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels in the Parts Store.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and adjust purchase orders, coordinating with vendors for parts procurement.
- Process special order parts using our inventory management system.
- Keep customers updated on their orders and delivery status.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely closure of open invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory checks in the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in a dealership warehouse setting is advantageous.
- The role requires the ability to stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally over 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities needed include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
