  • Operations
    • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
    • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and verification.
    • Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accurate dispensing.
  • People & Performance Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and support staff.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish goals and expectations.
    • Monitor and recognize improvements in team performance.
  • Business Performance Management
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Manage pharmacy asset protection activities and oversee inventory management.
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with local medical communities.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and insurance billing.
