Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in the Heart of South Carolina

At Physician Empire, we are seeking a skilled pediatric hospitalist to join our team at our state-of-the-art children's hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in general pediatrics and experience working with residents and medical students. They will be responsible for teaching and supervising residents on the service, as well as providing high-quality patient care. A teaching appointment with the University of South Carolina Medical School is included in this position.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to pediatric patients in the hospital setting
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Board certification or eligibility in General Pediatrics
- Experience working with residents and medical students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
