Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification required within 4 months of employment.
- STABLE certification required within 60 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia or through compact state licensure.
- Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
