Job Summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients in the Level II and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) at Timpanogos Regional Hospital and Mountain View Hospitals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the NICUs, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neonatal patients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.
  • Participate in on-call shifts and provide coverage for in-house shifts as needed.
  • Seeking providers with ongoing availability and a reasonable commute to our hospitals.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Certified NNP with a minimum of 1 year of NNP experience.
  • Active Utah license or compact eligible.
Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix covers travel expenses for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice, as well as malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position. Our benefits include employee assistance, and other compensation for per diem members.
