Job SummaryThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Completion of Peri-op 101 or equivalent and/or experience in a procedural area
- One year of experience as a professional RN
- National certification in a clinical specialty
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Two years of experience in a specialty nursing field (Operating Room)
