Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or compact state.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing or acute care.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
