About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at H&M Group. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
  • Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and be aware of and take responsibility for your department's strengths and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
  • Collaborate with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team and give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
  • Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom areas, and ensure high fashion quality, visual, and commercial product presentation.
  • Ensure the full garment cycle, from delivery to garment presentation, and fitting room routines are according to our standards and routines set internally.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store daily and maintaining a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor/store.
