Electrical/Drivability Technician Job Opportunity

Findlay Motor Company, a leading dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an experienced Electrical/Drivability Technician to join our state-of-the-art service facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled technician with a strong background in electrical and drivability systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Testing and diagnosing vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicating directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs and providing estimates for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ASE certifications (not required but a plus)
  • Previous experience at an automotive service facility
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • A clean driving record
