About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at OneH2, Inc. as we continue to revolutionize the energy industry through hydrogen technology.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems, as well as a strong mechanical background and ability to work with a variety of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain HVAC Systems: Ensure the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems, including heat recovery systems, cooling coils, and steam humidifiers.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and Commission New Systems: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and process equipment, including autoclaves, tunnel washers, and bottle washers.
  • Provide Training and Mentoring: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to ensure a high level of technical proficiency within the team.
  • Ensure Workplace Safety and Environmental Practices: Promote a safe and healthy work environment, and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Commercial HVAC Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mechanical background, ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, and proficiency in refrigeration fundamentals.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and train others, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Universal EPA/CFC Certification: Possession of a valid Universal EPA/CFC certification.
