We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Best Point Education & Behavioral Health. As a key member of our Day Treatment Program, you will work with children ages 8-18, providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family counseling services to promote emotional well-being and stability
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans that promote equity and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children and families
  • Certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and standard Microsoft Office applications
