Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lakeland Village. As a Nurse Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $ $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer outstanding benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans. We also provide opportunities for career development and promotional advancement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Foster wellness and serve as a liaison in partnership with our team, clients, and family members.
  • Inspire strength by collaborating to plan, develop, and deliver nursing care for clients.
  • Act as the client advocate by observing physical and mental conditions, assessing for any physical and/or behavioral changes.
  • Document observations, interventions, and other pertinent information related to a client's health status.
  • Administer medications and monitor for any health concerns.
  • Provide professional consultation and support to LPNs and nursing assistant staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Washington state license to practice as a Registered Nurse or be able to obtain one by the start of employment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Working Environment

This position requires working on-site at least three days a week, with opportunities for evening and night shifts. You may be eligible for additional premium pay for working these shifts.
