Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing mechanical projects exceeding $10MM in size.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or 5 years minimum relative tradesmen experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and project management best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
