Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on industry standards and location.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Operate and maintain compressed air systems and ventilation fans to support production operations.
  • Use CMMS software to track and record maintenance activities, repairs, and projects.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leaders to improve equipment efficiency and reduce waste.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalency required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in industrial ammonia refrigeration system maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
