Job Summary

We are seeking a Recreation Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Therapeutic Recreation services to adults, children, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized Therapeutic Recreation plans to promote independence and lifestyle growth.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in Therapeutic Recreation to enhance client outcomes.
  • Design and deliver TR interventions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Document and evaluate services to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
  • Completion of a NCTRC-approved internship.
  • CTRS certification at hire or ability to obtain within one year.
