  • Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool, and all communal spaces.
  • Maintain pristine conditions for streets, curbs, and sidewalks.
  • Regularly sweep breezeways and stairways.
  • Keep laundry facilities clean and organized.
  • Ensure doors and lighting fixtures are spotless.
  • Replace outdoor light bulbs as needed.
  • Maintain tidiness in the pool area and its furnishings.
  • Oversee cleanliness in the mailroom.
  • Regularly empty trash bins and monitor their condition.
  • Notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding any inoperative vehicles on-site.
  • Report potential safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
  • Assist in preparing apartments for incoming tenants and perform unit cleanings.
  • Participate in snow removal activities as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company and community policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
