Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and accurately input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate with culinary staff to ensure dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to accuracy, using proper utensils and manual dexterity.
  • Assist with collecting and situating food orders from the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process cash, credit card, and charge sales for all retail and food and beverage orders, balancing tip slips and running financial reports.
  • Perform side duties, including restocking condiments, utensils, and retail items, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel layout and hours of operation for each outlet, performing any cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with culinary staff and other team members.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.

Pay Rate: $16
