Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Practical Nurse Act of Pennsylvania.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications, take vital signs, and perform basic diagnostic tests as ordered by the healthcare provider.
- Observe and report changes in patient symptoms, condition, and reactions to medications or treatments.
- Support and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Valid CPR/BLS Certification.
- Current TB Testing Documentation.
- Current Physical Examination.
