Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
- Identify and Document Deficiencies: Identify any deficiencies or issues with the systems and document them in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate with Clients and Colleagues: Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure that all necessary information is shared and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry developments, including changes to codes and regulations, to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards.
- NICET Level II or III Certification: Possess NICET Level II or III certification in fire alarm and sprinkler systems inspection.
- Strong Knowledge of Life Safety Codes: Have a strong working knowledge of life safety codes and regulations, including NFPA codes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete inspections and testing.
