Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mosquito Joe. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer sales processes and execute customer service tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to type and maintain accurate records
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $12-$15 per hour plus commissions. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, with occasional Saturday work required.
