We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team at Titan Industries. As a CNC Machinist Specialist, you will be responsible for programming and setting up 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control, as well as independent setup, equipping, and operation of CNC machines with Siemens Sinumerik 840 D control.
Key Responsibilities:- Programming and setting up CNC machines with Heidenhain and Siemens Sinumerik 840 D control
- Monitoring and optimizing processes in CNC production
- Producing individual parts
- Inspecting manufactured parts according to existing guidelines
- Maintenance and care of machines
- Troubleshooting
- Completed vocational training as a CNC turner, machining, or tool mechanic
- Experience with Heidenhain or Siemens Sinumerik 840 D control
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and good geometric skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system)
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented work style
