As our Repair Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality customer service by providing exceptional repair services on customer-owned instruments. You will also assist in the maintenance of store inventory and contribute to building business through great customer experiences and quality work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including a skilled understanding of repairing guitars. Additionally, you should have foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products and be able to effectively communicate information and techniques to others.

The ideal candidate will be able to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide repair services on customer-owned instruments
• Maintain store inventory and ensure it is properly stored and cared for
• Contribute to building business through great customer experiences and quality work
• Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner

Requirements:

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products

Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per year
