Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient backend systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform components
* Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system performance
* Participate in re-occurring 'Innovation Days' to work on innovative projects of choice

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Proven experience in designing and maintaining large-scale backend systems
* Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Golang or Python) with openness to learning new languages and technologies
* Familiarity with GRPC, job queues, concurrency, caching, persistence, and writing performant code
