Job Overview

National Insurance Inspection Services is seeking a Field Representative to conduct residential property inspections in Clackamas, OR, and surrounding areas. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and timely completing and submitting field reports of residential properties via our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept electronic inspections as they are ordered
  • Complete inspections in the field by following guidelines and proper requirements
  • Return completed inspections electronically via our website
  • Conduct yourself in a professional, courteous manner while appropriately dressed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with insureds
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
