Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a LVN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
