Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
• Perform routine examinations and provide health counseling to patients.
• Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
