Job Summary
The professional Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of skilled, high-quality patient care; for assisting in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing practice in accordance with the mission of Doctors Hospital of Manteca and the Patient Care Services division. He/she demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking, technical skill, initiative, integrity, accuracy and nursing judgement in an interdisciplinary practice. Maintains competence to provide care for Multi-Specialty, ICU/CCU, Emergency and Perinatal patients. Frequently floats to each inpatient unit. Performs other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing practice
- Maintain competence to provide care for Multi-Specialty, ICU/CCU, Emergency and Perinatal patients
- Frequently float to each inpatient unit
- Perform other duties as required
