We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at SMI Realty Management. This is a unique opportunity to work with a private owner-managed company with locations in Houston, Dallas, and Austin.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC systems, and make-ready procedures. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required, along with EPA HVAC Universal or Type 2 certification. Additionally, the ability to pass a thorough background check and drug test is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and repairs within apartment units and common areas
  • Responding to work order tickets in a timely and efficient manner
