Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to drive exceptional patient care and outcomes

About the Opportunity:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Census of 15 - 17 patients per day with APP support
  • Starting base salary of $285,000 plus $25,000 in bonus
  • Full benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • EMR Epic for all sites
