Small Engine Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Repair Specialist to join our team at Remote Mechanic Jobs. This role involves maintaining and repairing small engines used in outdoor power equipment, such as lawnmowers, chainsaws, and snow blowers.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in small engine-powered equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, air filter replacements, spark plug inspections, and carburettor cleanings.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as belts, spark plugs, and fuel systems.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations.
- Document service work performed and ensure accurate records are kept for each job.
- Ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and operates at optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of small engine mechanics, and 1+ years of experience working with small engines. Certification in small engine repair is also desirable.
