Machine Operator

Lighthouse Professional Services, a leading staffing solutions provider, is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Machine Operator in our West Chester, OH facility.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating equipment, such as jigs, fixtures, gages, calipers, and micrometers, with a focus on surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

• Perform visual inspections of parts to identify nicks, burrs, and flaws, and make repairs as needed.
• Operate equipment to determine dimensions and ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Use deburring guns, hand tools, and Grit Blasters to process parts.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or shop environment.
• Advanced math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, including work with fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Able to follow complex instructions and make decisions on courses of action.
• Must be able to schedule and organize time effectively to complete tasks satisfactorily.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be based in West Chester, OH, working on a temp-to-perm basis with a competitive salary range of $23-$28 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
