We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their own homes, promoting independence and improving overall health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to address each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance retraining, to promote mobility and functional independence.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining optimal health and preventing complications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
