Job Description
">As a Labor and Delivery Nurse with OneStaff Medical, you will play a vital role in bringing new life into the world. Your responsibilities will include:

- Caring for women during labor and childbirth: Monitor the baby and mother's well-being and provide emotional support">
- Coaching mothers and assisting doctors: Help patients navigate the birthing process and assist medical staff as needed">
- Preparing women and their families for giving birth: Educate patients on what to expect during labor and delivery">
- Helping patients with breastfeeding after birth: Provide guidance and support for new mothers">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Current RN licensure: A valid nursing license in good standing">
- Labor and Delivery experience: Proven track record of caring for labor and delivery patients">
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical staff">
- Strong critical thinking skills: Capacity to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations">
