About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Music City Recon. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our vehicles are meticulously clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Detailing: Use various types of cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and detail the interior and exterior of our vehicles, including cracks and crevices not cleaned by standard car wash systems.
  • Interior Detailing: Deep clean brushes, carpets, and upholstery, vacuum floors and seats, and clean and vacuum the trunk.
  • Exterior Detailing: Clean and polish wheel rims, clean the headlights, brake lights, and taillights, and make them sparkle.
  • Leather and Vinyl Care: Condition vinyl and leather, and use various paints, waxes, and dyes to protect the leather parts of a vehicle's interior.
  • Glass and Mirror Cleaning: Clean all glass on the vehicle, inside and out, with the appropriate type of rag and cleaning solution, and clean all mirrors with the proper substance.
  • Chemical Application: Apply chemicals to surfaces to protect against spots and stains.
  • Equipment Operation: Use hoses and pumps for washing and rinsing vehicles.
  • Additional Tasks: Dries floor mats, and performs other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Detail Orientation: Must be detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions.
  • Multi-Tasking: Must be a good multi-tasker and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Safety Precautions: Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions and be able to follow them at all times.
  • Driving Skills: Must have valid driving skills and a valid driving license.
