Job Summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Service Associate. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dishroom service to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, sanitizers, and utensil washers.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Put away stock and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform simple and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes.

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule required, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items.
  • Ability to use equipment and materials carefully and in a safe manner, following correct operation and cleaning procedures.
