About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Professional to join our team at The LiRo Group. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Construction Work: Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications.
  • Material Inspection: Inspect all materials upon arrival at the jobsite to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Plan Review: Review project plans to identify potential violations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any issues or concerns to the project team.
  • Quality Control: Determine the quality of materials being used throughout the project and ensure they meet project specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction trades, with a minimum of 4 years as a Construction Inspector, including inspection of site/civil work.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 hr. certification and proficiency with web-based submittal collaboration systems.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to maintain field and office records, and experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
